edit introduction

Jaime set her mind on being a performer at the age of 4. Anyone who knows her understands this; probably because they have been an audience member at one of her "self-directed" basement productions or have enjoyed watching her perform on stage and in on screen productions. Jaime has been training in film acting at Armstrong Acting Studios in Toronto, and has studied with some of the top teachers in the City such as Douglas Nyback and Amos Crawley. Recently, she appeared in "Holiday Joy" (2016) with an Actor role along side Bailee Madison. She has also appeared in the feature film "Run Kai Run" as lead Jen Lakeson. Jaime has been described as hardworking, determined and directable by all those who works with her. In terms of theater, Jaime has performed in many on stage productions throughout her years, including; "Emotional Creature" as Joanna, at Young Peoples Theater, and "Broadway the Classics" as Eliza Doolittle and Sarah Brown, at the Park Theater in Cobourg Ontario. Jaime is a triple threat and loves to perform in any aspect of the Arts, whether it be acting, singing, dancing, or a combination of the three! She is able to play roles with an age range of 18-26

Jaime has been singing since she could talk and has competed in various singing competitions across Ontario. She has won numerous awards for both her pop and musical theatre solos. Recently, Jaime started exploring her abilities in signwriting ands has found a new love. She began working along side Roy Hamilton III to produce and record her first EP, that will be available in 2017. Jaime describes her sound as fresh and different, not really conforming to one type of specific music. This EP includes her own singles such as "Be Strong" and "Yours."

When Jaime was seven years old, she began training in all types of dance including tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary and hip-hop. She has trained and competed with many different dance teams but mostly recently finished her senior year with the Kim Thomas Dance Project competitive dance team. This passion for dance drove her to become a dance teacher herself. She is currently a competitive dance teacher at Rhythm Makers Dance Studio and Hype Danz, where she choreographs competitive routines and teaches kids to express themselves through music and movement. She specializes in Tap, Contemporary, Jazz and Musical Theater.
